Soffits and House Washing Project in Vancouver, BC

This was an opportunity to provide someone with a chance to earn more value when selling their home. It was very dirty and needing a paint job. We cleaned all the organic growth growing on the home and prepped it for paint so it can be sold for more then if it were dirty and gross. A Clean home is a more valuable home. A more valuable home is more desired and that leads to a higher price tag on your sale!
